Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who wants to explore your story, your strengths, and your dreams. She understands that the world you’re navigating every day can easily lead you to feeling worn down, out of place, or like you’re carrying more than your share. Maybe you’re not sure who you are anymore—or maybe you’ve never had the chance to really find out. In those tangled and uncomfortable moments, having someone like Rachel to walk with you as you sort through the noise, uncover your value, and discover your voice can be exactly what you need. Together, you’ll create a space where you can breathe deeply, let your guard down, and begin to grow.
Rachel offers a space where healing doesn’t have to be rushed, and self-discovery can unfold naturally. Her approach to counseling is warm, flexible, and deeply rooted in the belief that no two journeys are the same. She uses a client-centered, integrative style, drawing from evidence-based techniques that suit you—not a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you're working through anxiety, identity, grief, or simply feeling stalled, you'll find the tools that speak to your distinctive path. Starting something new—especially something as personal as therapy—can feel daunting.
“Taking the steps to work towards real change can be uncomfortable, and I am here to support you through these changes. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I look forward to supporting you in discovering yourself.”

Paul is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). He believes life has a way of catching us off guard and that most of us eventually find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, challenges in relationships, divorce, low self-esteem, or anger, these experiences can weigh heavily on your spirit and make the future feel uncertain.
Paul holds to the truth that counseling isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space where you can be real, be heard, and not feel alone. His role is to walk alongside you in that space, as a partner and support, offering a process grounded in safety, honesty, and mutual respect. No judgment—just genuine care for your well-being and a commitment to helping you move toward clarity.
Because no two people are the same, your work together will be shaped by your unique story and needs. Paul will take a thoughtful yet thorough look at what’s been weighing you down and explore ways to lighten the load and ultimately release yourself from the burden. Whether it’s finding new ways to cope, healing past wounds, or building new goals, this space is yours to grow in, at your own pace.
Paul has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, divorce, recovering from domestic abuse, anger, stress, and the challenges that come with family dynamics.
